Austin, Texas has had a stellar year in 2014 and the future of our fabulous city continues to look bright!

Forbes alone ranked Austin in 2014 – #1 in job growth, #16 in education, #19 in best places for business and careers, and #165 in cost of doing business.

Moreover, Austin was recently rated the No. 2 best real estate market in the U.S., according to the Urban Land Institute.  The ratings included Austin as #1 in homebuilding, #1 in office investment and development, #2 for investment, and #4 in development.

Of course, Austin has been known for years as the “Live Music Capital of the World” and continues to outdo itself with the growth and talent of SXSW and Austin City Limits Festival.

However, Austin has now branched out in the entertainment community with the addition of Formula One and ESPN’s X Games.

No one knows for sure what the future will hold, but it will sure be fun to watch how Austin grows and changes while keeping its core Keep Austin Weird as the residual theme!!
