    RRE Realtor Awards 2016: Staying on top of luxury trends


    As a former banker, Kathleen Bucher has a nose for numbers. Her performance in the real estate sector the past two years certainly bears that out. Bucher has retained her spot this year atop ABJ’s ranking of real estate agents with 2-3 licenses with $54.9 million in gross sales in 2015, and totaling some $105 Million in sales the past two years.     Information determining the 2015 list of residential real estate top producers was obtained from firm representatives through a nomination process using a questionnaire posted on the Austin Business Journal website during January. In addition, nominees were required to send a spreadsheet itemizing each deal being considered per group. List tracks number of homes sold and gross dollar amount of sales. Nominees are divided into groups based on team size ranging from groups with a single licensed agent to groups with 8+ licensed agents.
